Hi, I’m Jennifer. I am an Anxiety Management and Confidence Coach, with 20+ years of experience helping others create and achieve their goals. I am a Mental Health First Aider and NLP Practitioner, and I will teach you how I overcame my anxieties.
Walk and Talk Therapy
I offer Walk and Talk therapy sessions in and around the beautiful Essex countryside.
Walking therapy is especially suitable for anyone who is uncomfortable with direct eye contact or socially anxious.
The conversation and pace will still be led by you, but in a relaxed natural environment.
What is Anxiety?
Anxiety is a feeling of fear, panic, nervousness or uneasiness. For some people, the anxious feeling goes away after a short period, when we perceive the threat to be over, and we can begin to feel calmer again. I get a lot of satisfaction and enjoyment from spending time with several great charities. It is therefore my promise to you that every hour of my paid work is matched by an equal hour volunteering my time to others.
