Hi, I'm Jennifer. After 30 years as a Senior Manager in Investment Banking across London, New York and several European cities, I retrained and have spent the last ten years working full time as a specialist anxiety therapist.
I am a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), trained in Neuroscience and Psychology as well as therapy, and I love learning and keeping up to date with the latest developments in the field of mental wellbeing.
I attend seminars regularly with Tony Robbins and Joe Dispenza.
My belief is that real, lasting change comes from working with the subconscious mind and the nervous system, not just from talking through anxious thoughts.
In sessions I draw on NLP, Neuroscience, Hypnosis, Human Behaviour Change, Emotional Change Therapy, Nervous System Therapy and Timeline Therapy, and I touch on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy where it helps. Which approach we lean on depends on you, not on a fixed formula.
Alongside one to one work, I am a keynote speaker on anxiety management and a public speaking trainer for schools, universities and businesses. I have been featured on BBC, ITV and Channel 4, and I am co-author of an international bestselling book on determination and resiliency.
Sessions run online over Zoom across the UK and internationally, or in person in Chelmsford, Essex. I work with clients aged 11+
