I offer an introduction about my past experience with anxiety while working in Corporate Finance. I discuss ways that anxiety can actually help us, the physical symptoms and what causes it. I help staff to understand the ways to overcome their limiting beliefs, and teach tools and techniques that offer relief when anxiety strikes, such as mindfulness and visualisations.
