Hi, I’m Jennifer. I am the leading Anxiety Therapist and Specialist in Essex, with 30+ years of experience helping others create and achieve their goals and live their lives free from debilitating overwhelm and anxiety.
I use a combination of therapies including heart centered Emotional Change Therapy (ECT) and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), alongside Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Timeline Therapy and and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT).
I am a professional keynote Speaker on Anxiety Management and a Public Speaking Trainer.

Anxiety is a feeling of fear, panic, nervousness or uneasiness. For some people, the anxious feeling goes away after a short period, when we perceive the threat to be over, and we can begin to feel calmer again. However, for others, we are left with an overwhelming feeling of anxiety and we find it hard to calm ourselves down again. This is then known as an anxiety disorder.
