1 Month VIP Package

These four half-day sessions will be held online or in person, and will be held weekly at a time convenient for you (weekdays or weekends). 

Together, we will explore the anxieties you currently have, along with any unhelpful beliefs, to ensure we get to the root cause of your anxiety. 

You will receive personal support and accountability between sessions and have access to Jennifer's private number, to ensure that you are guided through any challenge you may be facing.

You will also receive a workbook that will support your growth during your therapy sessions. 

As an award-winning anxiety therapist and specialist, Jennifer knows that no one needs to let anxiety dominate their life, and we all have the capability within us to overcome it.

Suitable for adults and children aged 14+.

Packages remain valid for 3 months.
