Group Guided Meditation Walks
We are offering guided meditation walks in the beautiful Essex countryside.
Walking meditation is not necessarily about getting from A to B, but being fully present and in the moment with every step. Our guided meditation walks are designed to synchronise body and mind, and are ideal for any one who finds it hard to make time and stillness to meditate. We often take walking for granted, and are busy multitasking; thinking about what we need to cook for dinner, who we need to call or mentally creating to-do lists, but together we will bring our attention to our feet and feel the contact with the ground on every step.
Our Guided Walking Meditation will be followed by an opportunity to chat and socialise with new friends, and we will return to the Wellness Barn for a soothing cup of tea, and possibly even a massage if you wish?
