6 Sessions (for existing clients only)

These 50 minute sessions will be held online or at my consultancy room in Chelmsford, Essex. We will explore the anxieties you currently have, and get to the root cause of them.

I will also teach you lifelong tools and techniques to better manage your anxiety. Together, we will create new thinking and behaviour patterns to replace those which currently hold you back.

Sessions cost £135.

Suitable for adults and children aged 7+.

Sessions remain valid for one year.
